Our Services

The following is a brief list of the services we can provide.  Exact prices can be given as an estimate which is always free for our customers.  We will need to start services with a Start-up/Initial Service and then, if requested, we can continue on-going services to keep up with efficient pest control.

Start-up/Initial Service:

We will walk through your facility with you and together determine what services are required for your specific pest control needs.  These services may include ant, spider, water-bug, roaches and/or general pest control needs.  These services may also include control of small rodents or control of ongoing fly or drain fly problems.

Monthly or Bi-Monthly Services:

After we agree on an initial service to bring your facility up to par with your pest control requirements, then we can determine how often ongoing services will need to be performed to re-establish boundaries and prevent re-infestations in your facility.

Preventative Bee/Wasp Service:

Complete external sprays can be provided around your facility perimeter to prevent nesting of bees and/or wasps.  Ask for an estimate at any time!

Integrated Pest Management:

We do not use chemicals unless absolutely necessary.  We are dedicated to practicing IPM which means our technicians are trained to utilize all options such as monitoring devices, glue board placement, and light fixture placement.  In addition we will also make recommendations that will minimize pest opportunities such as proper sanitation practices, elimination of standing water sources, proper waste management procedures, proper sealing and general building updates.  As a last resort we can and may use chemicals to facilitate the control and/or elimination of pest problems.

In Service Training:

We can help to improve your general understanding of pest control and related sanitation

procedures by training your managers and maintenance crew upon your request.  Working in cooperation with each other, we can prevent any pest infestations from occurring within your facility.  Training sessions could be accomplished in a 45 - 60 minute meeting as specifically requested by you.
